Process credit memos
Update the customer master file with contact information
Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
Submit invoices in Tally

Selection Criteria

4+ years of experience in IT industry
Should have good understanding of IT business and related technologies.
Should have min 4 years of experience working in resource management group (RMG) in IT services company
Must have strong work experience in bench management
