Job Description
- Issue invoices to customers
- Update customer files with issued invoices
- Process credit memos
- Update the customer master file with contact information
- Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
- Submit invoices in Tally
- 4+ years of experience in IT industry
- Should have good understanding of IT business and related technologies.
- Should have min 4 years of experience working in resource management group (RMG) in IT services company
- Must have strong work experience in bench management
