BPM Pega Administrator
Requirements : 3- 7 Years of experience
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computers or any relevant
Job Description :
- Provide resolution on technical issues
- Supporting and administering Pega 7.3.x PEGA Framework and open standards (SOAP, REST or JMS) integrations
- Install and configure Pega 7 components (PRPC, Agile Studio, AES, PMBC and RPA)
- Responsible for monitoring the availability of environments. Monitor Application performance and error logs to insure a high level of application availability. This will include enhancing & monitoring applications.
- Participate in the build out of end-to-end systems environments, documenting procedures, including application flows and dependency diagrams.
- Should work with our internal systems partners provide support for infrastructure changes such as middleware, unix and application installs.
- Escalate support issues to other groups (development, network, hardware, vendors, etc.) as required.
- Coordinate all activities and provide updates to operations and management. This includes participating or authoring incident reports and technical communications.
- Identify potential improvements to reduce the number of problems and enhance supportability.
- Participate in the transition of new applications, modifications and enhancements to production support.
- This includes the development of call scripts, monitoring procedures, standard break/fix doc
