Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional languages as needed.
Previous call center or customer support experience in an international setting is an advantage.
