Job description:
1. To resolve queries of institutions and
investors regarding CKYC processes and applications, to handle queries on
emails and calls within the stipulated TAT.
2. To follow up with institutions to make
necessary amendments to records.
3. To enter the details of every
interaction in the system
4. Liaise with business and IT support
teams to ensure queries are resolved or appropriately escalated.
5. To capture suggestions received from
institutions during query handling and convey the same to the Business teams.
6. Helpdesk working hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday with 9 hour shifts
