Job Description
- Enter data using applications including: automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance
- Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness. Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
- Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit
- Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
- Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files
