Location: Mount Road

• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Minimum Requirement:

• Average English is Necessary
• Excellent Tamil Communication is Mandatory

Work Timing: 9.30 am to 5 pm

Salary- 10-15K Take home.

25 days training. 

For training Period Stipend will be Provided (25*150=3750)
