Job Description
The candidate is required to attend to the customers through emails, calls, Social Media and provide them with the required information.
The candidate is required to -
(a) fulfill the store's requirements/Requests
(b) also coordinate with inventory team to dispatch new stocks to the stores on a timely basis.
(c) Coordinate with the shoot & design department to accumulate monthly collection for e-commerce department.
