Boostnewtech Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Live Streaming Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The role involves contacting potential candidates/users by phone, explaining our live-streaming opportunities, answering basic questions, following up with interested candidates, and assisting them with the registration and onboarding process.

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates.

• Explain live-streaming job opportunities clearly and professionally.

• Answer candidate questions and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Guide candidates through the registration and onboarding process.

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and candidate status.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling/recruitment targets.

• Maintain professional communication with all candidates.

• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and/or English.

• Confident and polite telephone communication.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and internet applications.

• Ability to explain information clearly.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with calling and follow-up work.
