BPO Telecaller cum Data Entry Executive
Job Description
Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
-
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
-
Good communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties (Voice Process – 50%):
-
Make outbound calls to customers for lead generation, feedback, appointment confirmation, or promotional campaigns.

Attend inbound calls and assist customers with queries, complaints, or information requests.
-
Communicate clearly and politely in the preferred language of the customer (English/Hindi/Regional Language).
-
Maintain a professional tone and record call outcomes in the CRM or call log.
-
Escalate unresolved customer issues to supervisors or the appropriate department.

Meet daily/weekly call targets as assigned by the team leader.
2. Data Entry Duties (Non-Voice – 50%):
-
Accurately enter customer details, call information, feedback, leads, or transactions into the database or company software.

Review and verify source data for completeness, clarity, and accuracy before entering.

Perform routine checks and updates on customer records or business information.
-
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data and company records.
-
Ensure daily completion of assigned data entry tasks and update reporting formats.
3. Reporting and Coordination:
-
Provide daily reports to the supervisor on call volumes, leads generated, and tasks completed.

Coordinate with sales, technical, or back-office teams to resolve customer follow-ups.

Participate in training sessions or team meetings as scheduled.
