Job Description
· Should be flexible working in a 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m shift window.
· Basic awareness about online shopping
· To provide customer support through phone calls
· Handle calls/customer contacts as per the instructions given by TL’s
· To meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets
· Ensuring the target (as per the situation and business needs) are met without compromising on quality.
Salary : 13.5K to 22.5K + Incentive + Extra benefits + allowences+Pick up drop facilities
Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate ( good command in English)
