Job Description
- Confirm Receipt of Purchase Orders with suppliers via phone and e-mail
- Confirm Price, Quantity and Delivery date on Purchase Orders with Suppliers via phone and e-mail
- Enter Order Confirmations received in SAP
- Escalate POs to Buyers where there is no response from suppliers or if the buyer’s intervention is required
- Send copies of Purchase Orders to Suppliers when requested for
- Publish the following reports via e-mail
(a) Discrepancy report to Buyers (performed on a need basis)
(b) Weekly report on orders that have been escalated to buyers to the Process Owner
- Respond to queries from Suppliers and Requestors
- Generate metric reports for weekly and monthly dashboards
