We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or gather feedback.

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively and efficiently.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader or manager.

Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Team player with a customer-focused attitude.

Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate.

Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service is a plus, but not mandatory.
