Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented BPO/Telecaller to join our growing team. The role involves handling outbound or inbound calls to assist customers, resolve issues, and promote products or services, depending on the campaign assigned. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and a strong focus on service quality or sales targets.
This position is suitable for freshers or experienced professionals looking to build a career in customer support, sales, or voice process in a fast-paced BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers for product promotion, surveys, or lead generation.

Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve product or service-related inquiries.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
2. Customer Engagement
-
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

Assist customers with orders, complaints, billing queries, or other support-related needs.

Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
3. Tele-Sales (if assigned to sales process)

Pitch products or services over the phone in a clear and convincing manner.

Handle customer objections and close sales where applicable.

Achieve daily or monthly sales targets and generate qualified leads.
4. Data Management and Record Keeping
-
Record all call details, customer responses, and feedback accurately in CRM or internal systems.

Update databases, contact lists, and follow-up schedules.

Prepare and submit daily work reports or call logs as required by the supervisor.
5. Quality and Compliance
-
Follow calling scripts and company policies to maintain high service quality.

Ensure adherence to process-specific rules, compliance, and privacy protocols.

Participate in quality audits, training, and team meetings for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills

Clear and effective verbal communication in English and/or regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)

Ability to listen actively and speak politely and confidently
Sales and Service Aptitude

Strong persuasion skills for sales processes

Patience and empathy for support processes

Ability to handle objections or irate customers tactfully
Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Email, Data Entry

Typing speed: 25–30 WPM preferred

Familiarity with CRM or dialer systems is a plus
