Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Education : Graduate in any field.
Writing Skills : Strong Hindi writing skills.
Certification : Veti 6 certified.
Experience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred : Insurance experience and sales acumen.

Job Overview
We are looking for a BPO Telecaller L1 (Level 1) to handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. This entry-level role involves resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Call Handling
- Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls from customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with customers.
2. Query Resolution & Support
- Address customer complaints, inquiries, and requests effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or Level 2 support.
3. Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions, calls, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Update customer details and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and additional support.
4. Sales & Lead Generation
- Promote company products and services if required.
- Convert inquiries into potential leads or sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
5. Compliance & Quality Standards
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance policies.
- Adhere to call center protocols to maintain service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
