•  We ,a leading BPO company is looking for BPO-executive Voice process in Madurai . We require dedicated candidates with good communication skills  , willing to work in night shifts.
• Both male and female candidates can apply.
• Initial training will be given in office and work from home option is also available.
• Qualification :Any degree/ +2 with good communication skills.

• Handle outbound calls. telling them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs,  and fixing up appointments.
  
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
