Position: BPO Voice Process (Domestic/International)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers efficiently.

Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
-
Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Problem Resolution
-
Listen actively to customers, understand concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or supervisor when required.

Follow-up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Update databases with relevant customer information.

Generate daily/weekly reports as per team requirements.
4. Sales & Upselling (For Outbound/International Roles)
-
Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or offers.
-
Persuade customers to purchase or upgrade services.
-
Meet individual and team sales/conversion targets.

Maintain professionalism while handling objections and rejections.
5. Compliance & Quality Adherence
-
Follow standard call scripts, procedures, and company policies.
-
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and data security policies.

Maintain a professional tone and language throughout all interactions.
6. Teamwork & Contribution
-
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call center targets.
-
Participate in training sessions to improve communication and product knowledge.
-
Contribute to creating a positive work culture.
