Job Title: BPO Voice Telecaller

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.

Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.

Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company during calls

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in TAMIL (and any additional languages may be a plus).

Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred but not required.

Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging or stressful situations

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
