Job Description
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationship, new client acquisition and managing sales of CASA,TD,MF,Insurance,Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto loan, Gold Loan, Personal Loan.
- Team handling of 12 sales officers of 6 different branches in the main city of Jamshedpur.
- Providing the customer service to achieve high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention and generating new business to achieve target.
- Ensuring meeting the individual as well as team revenue targets.
- Managing the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability and growth of the book.
