Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in Brand Strategy

Support the brand management team in executing marketing and branding strategies.

Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
2. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct surveys, collect customer feedback, and study consumer behavior.

Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics.

Prepare reports on insights and findings to support branding decisions.

Monitor ongoing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
3. Social Media and Digital Marketing Support

Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Create engaging content, including captions, images, and short videos, in line with the brand’s tone and personality.

Track social media engagement and prepare reports on growth and performance.

Respond to customer comments and messages to enhance audience interaction.
4. Brand Campaign Assistance

Support the team in executing offline and online marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and content writers to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Help organize promotional events, brand activations, and product launches.

Ensure that campaigns align with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
5. Content Creation and Management

Assist in developing blogs, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.

Proofread and edit content to ensure quality and consistency.

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to create brand-related assets.
6. Internal Brand Support

Ensure that all internal documents, presentations, and communication materials maintain a consistent brand voice and style.

Help train team members on brand guidelines when necessary.

Assist in developing employee engagement programs aligned with the brand’s image.
7. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain updated reports on campaign performance, social media analytics, and market insights.

Prepare weekly and monthly updates for senior management.

Document customer insights, creative strategies, and feedback for future use.
