 Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM

 About the Role : Galactix Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented MBA freshers who are interested in building a career in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment. This role offers a structured 3 month training program, after which candidates will be evaluated for a full-time opportunity based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on exposure to the US IT market, vendor coordination, and consultant marketing. Training & Career Path • Initial 3 Months: Structured training in US IT Bench Sales recruitment. • Practical exposure to job portals, vendor networks, rate negotiations, and submission processes. • Performance evaluation at the end of training. • Full-time opportunity will be offered based on individual performance and company standards. Job Summary The role involves marketing IT consultants in the US market, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in placing candidates on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in night shifts. Key Responsibilities • Learn and manage the bench database, including consultant skills, availability, and visa status. • Identify suitable US IT job requirements from job portals and vendor networks. • Submit qualified consultants to matching requirements. • Coordinate with consultants regarding availability, interview schedules, and basic rate discussions. • Support handling C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements in the US market. • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors. • Follow up on submissions and interview feedback. • Maintain daily reports on submissions and activities. Required Skills • MBA (HR / Marketing) – Freshers welcome • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment (training will be provided) • Willingness to work in night shifts (US Shift) • Target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
