BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description:

Technical Expertise:
- Experience in visualizations / Reports / Dashboards in PowerPoint presentations and capable of presenting the charts to stakeholders in a concise manner effectively and efficiently.
- Hands on experience in – Building quick views, Sorting, Grouping, Hierarchy, Table Calculations, Functions, Advanced Filtering, Sets, Page Trials, Forecast, Trend Lines, Actions Filters, Parameters, SQL Joins, Data Blending, Reports Formatting, Data Extracts, Incremental Refresh, Packaged workbooks, Publishing dashboards on Server and setting roles to the users to access the dashboards etc.
- Experience in writing simple to complex SQL queries for Data Extraction, De-Duping and Data Validation.
- Hands on experience in reporting, analyzing large data sets, and prepare dashboards in compliance to quality standards.
- Proficient in managing the co-ordination between, Finance, contracts and management team.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Knowledge in SCRUM, Agile, User cases, BRD.
- Responsible for extracting data from multiple data sources like Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL Databases, Text Files, and manual Files etc.
- Undertake extensive research in the domain and come up with extra-ordinary automation solutions that may benefit the customer.
- Requirement analysis – Designs new functionalities by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications, etc.,
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, manuals, brochures, etc., Planning, Estimation, Client management
