Job Description for BA:

Work closely with the product owners to understand and analyse the concept notes and functional requirements
Work closely with the developers and quality analysts to translate the functional requirements into technical tasks and arrive at development and testing estimates
Develop a deeper functional understanding of the complete platform and act as a liaison between the product / business teams and the technology team
Have an inclination towards understanding the technical implementation of the functional requirements (be a tech BA when needed)
Drive the release prioritization and planning activities with the engineering, product and business teams
Ability to debug issues, come up with functional resolutions, do root cause analysis and resolve dependencies
Strong analytical capabilities and be a fast learner
Experience working in product development teams is preferable
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts
Strong communication and articulation skills
