Job Description And Roles And Responsibilities

Build product strategy and road map in line with the set goals.
Work closely with business and operations team to understand respective pain points and address them through automation in processes to ensure awesome customer experience.
Own all aspects of the product right from ideation, requirement understanding / gathering, cross function impact analysis, exhaustive use case/story identification, building wireframes, related documentation, plan customer communication and drive it closely with Technology team through development, QA, UAT and finally adoption at operations / end customer's end.
This is a cross functional role, where in the incumbent will be required to work in close interaction with various business teams, operations teams, other product owners, technology team, external vendors for API Integration, etc.
Analyse reports / data regularly for key feature/product metrics for identification of improvement opportunities.
Create / maintain reporting dashboards as one stop view of daily transactions / operations.
End to End delivery of work at all phases, this may involve analyzing problem at hand (Gap in the processes, system etc.), preparing related documents, preparing cost effective business plans, taking walk through for Development and testing team, assisting business in UAT and act as a single point of contact between all stakeholders.
Data analysis & research.
Analyze market trends and modeled potentials & accordingly execute actions.
Identify and track metrics that support overall objectives.
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to generate ideas & Identify ideas that align with strategy.
Lead team meetings, manage backlogs and prioritize work.
Streamline the gaps in the business process.
Explore the KPIs that leading companies use to measure success of their business.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to create clear and concise documentation of requirements for new features/functionalities.
Partner with engineering teams to translate the requirements into stories and further breakdown to engineering specifications.
Build strong cross-departmental collaborative relationships with stakeholders that generate positive feedback (this includes the engaging program stakeholders in the goal-setting process, defining high-level priorities, keeping them in the loop, and smooth execution amongst them).
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize a product roadmap by synthesizing business and stakeholder requirements and identifying areas of opportunity.
Monitor key performance metrics, clearly communicate what the numbers represent, and provide insight to drive product development recommendations.
