Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business situations and develop innovative solutions
- Assimilate, integrate, and interface technical knowledge with business/systems requirements
- Be involved in projects converting from non-strategic to strategic systems
- Build and maintain relationships across the program team
- Conduct automation feasibility studies
- Collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization
- Design and develop new automations basis the requirement
- Design, code, test, debug, and record those programs proficient to work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities
- Develop, support, maintain and implement complex project module
- Develop operational documents for Application
- Develop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
- Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization and automation
- Develop efficient and maintainable software that meets business user requirements Code and test on large scale SQL Server back-end database applications
- Diagnose potential risks/issue and provide proactive program risk/issue management
- Document and communicate user needs in professional and efficient manner
- Drive the development of program strategy and methodology with respect to business analysis/requirements/testing
- Ensure that test plans are developed and executed in validation of system requirements
- Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
- Plan and implement every needed process steps as defined in methodologies
- Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction
- Transform written technical specifications into code and generate triggers, procedures, functions and packages utilizing Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL. Optimize large complicated SQL statements
- Upgrade, configure and debug existing systems and providing technical support for web/ window applications
- Work independently in a virtual team environment
Required Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSC
- 3+ years of overall experience
- At least 3 years of strong experience writing Programs using PL/SQL and queries using SQL and producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
- 2+ years working experience on MVC Design patterns
- .NET Framework 4.0/4.5, C#
- HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Web Api, Angular1/2, Knockout.js, React.js, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), IIS, .NET Core
- Knowledge of group product lines and Corporate Operations
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task, self-motivated
- Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
- Collaborative, team player with strong work ethic and service-mentality
- Effective analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- VBA
- Tableau
- SQL/Oracle Server - SSIS, SSRS, Query level, Store procedures, triggers, functions, views, SQL jobs
- Advance Microsoft Excel - Advanced Excel using VBA, formula and controls with what if analysis and lookups, formula auditing, condition formation, data connectivity, com add-ins, Reference, Security, Trace, formula Evolution, what if analysis, Name Management, Charts
