Key Responsibilities:-

Generating business through any online freelancing portal likes Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Analysis of requirement and listing down detailed feature list / Understanding document / Scope of Work/ETA and quote.
Knowledge of any Wireframe tool- Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Properly Coordinate with Pre/Post-sales and developers
Preparing the System requirement documentation(SRS) as per the Client Requirement.
Coordinating with the development team for the timely completion of the projects.
Status reporting to clients on a daily basis based on project status.
Provides prompt and efficient service to clients including the appropriate escalation of any issues.
Engaging and maintaining relationships with existing /already paid clients and solving product-related queries to ensure the best possible usage of advertisement inventory.
Handling both pre and post-sales duties.
