JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Responsible for under standing customer requirements and customize application to satisfy customer requirements
- Responsible to communicate with technical team to get the new/change of customer requirements developed and delivered
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following documents through to resolution
- The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase the clients satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations
- Should be a Good Communicator in English
- Professionally should be able to undertake a variety of software support task and work diligently under pressure
- Must be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results
- Accomplish progressive communication with the clients
- Manage incoming calls
- Should be able to progress interactive chats
- Build an organized working through emails
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information for customer queries
- Create help manuals for software product
- Proficiency in English
- Willing to work in Mid-Night/Full Night shift
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Maintain trusting relationships with the clients
- Excellent verbal communication skills
