1. Good understanding of SQL and Excel, course/certification is a solid plus
2. From Engineering background preferably from CSE/IT branch, and in last semester
3. Should have good communication skills
4. If the candidate has worked on projects related to SQL, data analytics, and visualization, it will increase the chances of an interview
