Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline.  However, PUC II pass candidates can also apply, if they have FMCG / share broking / Insurance selling background or good marketing potential.

Experience: 

• Those with good communication skills, past exposure in dealing with people, complaints handling / grievance redressal, counseling, trading skills in Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc will be preferred on priority. 
• Those without any experience but with interest in business development / marketing may also be selected.
• Must have been a resident at their present address for at least two years.

Language:  Kannada, local language (eg., Tulu) and English or Hindi.

• Should preferably own a two / four wheeler.

• May be employed / unemployed.  Even housewives can apply.

• Candidates should identify potential customers for our products.

• In the initial phase they only need to introduce us to these customers.  The sales & marketing will be done by our Managers.

• The candidates are encouraged to visit the clients with us to learn the business so that they can thereafter independently function as Leaders.

• Till such time, all the commission against products sold by us will be credited directly to the Leaders’ bank Account even if the efforts have been put in by us.

• Once they attain a certain level of business, they can organize a team of candidates to function under them, all of whom will be trained by us free of cost to them.

• Any number of candidates can be taken by them for their team.

• On the commission earned by each team member, the Leader will get an overriding commission.

• At various stages of their Business Development, the Leaders will be imparted Advanced Skills and Training in Effective Communication, Time mgmt., IT enabled Business Transaction with Customers, etc., all free of cost to them.

• He / She will be financially compensated for the time spent to undergo the training for their professional development.
