Job Description
Collection & Accounting:
⢠Coordinating between Sales â SSC team for updating customer wise invoice wise collections on daily basis
⢠Updating sales team on weekly basis between Collections â Target vs Actual
⢠Credit notes processing â Maintaining Prices Matrix/ CNR records/CNR follow up with Accounts team.
⢠Taking care of all receivables (follow up with team, SSC, Credit notes, TDS, TCS certificate, overdue
statement, schemes)
⢠Schedule adherence (Collecting weekly Requirement from team & sending Planning)
⢠Forecasting (Collecting Material forecast from team & sending Planning)
⢠Margin Management (Updating Price & volume file for better margin management)
⢠Reporting Regional team, BM (Generating & circulating reports on Daily, weekly & Monthly basis)
⢠Coordinate for Return/Damaged Material & Up dating Stocks for Liquidation of Non Moving Stocks
⢠Dispatch Plan â Stock Transfer & Direct billing to commercial
⢠Price Update - Direct & ST Price updated In SAP with BM approval.
Order processing: One point person for clearing all C&C orders with due approval as Matrix.
Business Related:
⢠Collecting & monitoring on ( Sales value/Volumes/Margin) for Key Customers ( Budget vs Actuals) to
BM/Sales team
⢠Collecting & updating market data for Business inputs

Responsible for order entry (Verbal & Mails) whenever required.
⢠Credit Check Verification of Collections
⢠All customer account reconciliation.
⢠Timely sending all customer payment details to SSC team.
⢠Try best to recover overdue payments. This position requires strong follow up with all customers for
timely payment and account reconciliation.
Post Graduation with good MS office knowledge
⢠10 years work experience in supporting business
