Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Assistant who will be an essential support to our Sales and Business Development team. The role will involve assisting Business Development Executives with various tasks related to sales and marketing, including managing inquiries from multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Business Development Executives in various tasks related to Sales.
· Maintain relationship with existing customer, by solving their queries and engaging them.
· Manage inquiries from diverse platforms such as Website, IndiaMart, Trade India, Telephonic, and social media.
· Ability to keep track of inquiries received and to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
· Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
· Possess basic knowledge and understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging.
· Assist Business Development Executive in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain a track of samples provided, and update recipients about courier details.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client orders.
· Maintain various documents and excel sheets as instructed by the department head or team leader.
· Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
