Role: Business Development Associate - Inside Sales/Direct Sales
Locations Available: Belgaum, North Goa, South Goa, Bidar, Bijapur, Raichur, Haveri, Bellary, Chitradurga, Bagalkot, Davangare, shimoga, Gulbarga,Bangalore,Mysore,Hubli,Mangalore and all over India.
Sector: Inside SalesProbation Period: 2 months CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)
CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 8 LPA (INR 5LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3 LPA Variable)
Sector: Direct SalesProbation Period: 2 months CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)
CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 10 LPA (INR 7LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3 LPA Variable)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)Perks of being a BD associate at BYJU’s:Bi-monthly incentive roll outIncentive trips and incentive bonuses for top performers
Must have:Any Graduation degree or All semester mark sheets bearing the final semester (only applicable for 2020 Graduates)2021 grads are not eligible for now.Willingness to build a career in sales domain Willingness to learn.
