Job Description
Designation: Business Development Associate
Type: Contract (The candidate will be offered the job with KVB on contract for the first 3 years and thereafter will be on bankroll as a permanent employee based on performance )
Eligibility & Age: KVB wishes to recruit fresher’s(Graduates/Post Graduates any stream incl Engineering) with 50% + aggregate scores for BDA position and sales personnel’s with experience in BFSI sales for the position of BDO’s.(supervisory position handling a team of 5 BDA’s.) for their CASA sales.
Age Limit: Below 26 (for Fresher’s) Above 26 to 28 (Need Minimum 1 Year Experience in BFSI) Other requirements:
• Possession of Two-wheelers with a valid driving licence is a must.
• If he possesses a learning license should get a permanent license within one month of joining the bank.
• In case the candidate is using some other person two-wheeler he needs to produce a consent letter from the owner of the vehicle.
• Candidate should be highly energetic, enthusiastic to work in the field with excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Regional language
