We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Associate (BDA) to help expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and support the overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, inbound inquiries, and online research.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

3. Sales Support and Conversion

Assist in the preparation of business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Support the sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations.

Follow up on ongoing deals to move them through the sales funnel and assist in closing sales.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sectors or regions for expansion.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings to suggest strategic improvements.

Gather customer feedback to provide insights to product and marketing teams.
5. CRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.

Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations.
6. Collaboration and Strategy Execution

Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with lead generation objectives.

Work with product teams to stay updated on features, updates, and use cases.
