• Lead Generation II Site Visits
• Evaluate A Client’s Needs To Help Them Buy/Rent/Sell Properties And Achieve Sales Targets

• Cold Call, Email, Message Customers To Generate Leads And Arrange Site Visits

• Negotiate And Close Deals At Best Market Value And Assist Clients In Completing Their Purchase, Including Documentation

• Regularly Conduct Market Research To Identify New Projects, Properties And Builders

• Be Aware Of Real Estate Rules, Regulations And Other Processes

• Develop Relationships With Clients, Builders And Brokers To Increase Performance

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong organization and project management skills.

Friendly and personable demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Experience Min. 1 year required
