Job Description

 Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

 Hunting and connecting with new prospective students through social media, references, TPO of colleges, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

 Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective students.

 Making 80 to 100 calls in a day with 3 hours of minimum talk time.

 Proper counselling and guidance to the students in regard to the courses available and the benefits that these courses provide in the long run.

 Maintaining constant relationships with existing students to ensure that they are retained.

 Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to students.

 Negotiating with students to provide the most attractive prices for them.

 Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

 Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
