Role Title: Business Development Associate

Purpose of the Job:-

Drive business through Bancassurance partners, develop relationships with the regional business office and assigned branch to achieve sales targets as well as branch activation through product mix and new SP creation. (Outdoor sales, vehicle mandatory)

Job Specifications:-

Business through Bancassurance partners, develop relationships with regional business offices and assigned branches to achieve RBO sales targets.
Drive performance & budget achievement of entire RBO branches to achieve Banca channels top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR and COR.
Conduct campaigns to ensure activation at each and every branch on a regular basis.
Conduct meetings with new customers, and visit the corporate clients to ensure business growth.
Interact with products team and provide them feedback on partner banks’ business requirements for the development of products.
Experience: Mini 6 months experience in insurance and sales.
