Job Description

The responsibilities will include identifying potential prospects, understanding their requirements, and counselling them to choose the most suitable Mindsparc program. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new relationships to drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented and dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about education and AI technology.

Responsibilities:
Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

Requirements:
1. Graduation (any degree) or final year

2. Strong communication skills

3. Critical and out-of-the-box thinking

4. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Tenure*: 6 months ,

Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹10,000(incentives)
Salary: 3.5Lpa to 6Lpa (Post Internship)

Job location : Hyderabad

Day shift ( 11am-8pm) •
Working Days: 6 days work/week •
Monday - Week off
