Location : Technopark, Kazhakootam

Brief description :

Voice Process Job
UK Shift : Work timing – 2 pm to 12 am
Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
Working to daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.

Business development: Outbound sale of appliance warranty products in the UK

Preferred skills :

Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Sound understanding and control of UK accent.
Basic understanding of Insurance and UK market.
Minimal Mother Tongue Influence(MTI)
Ability to handle scripted and non-scripted sales calls and engage in discussion.
