Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing finance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outbound calls.

Meet with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products/services.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financial proposals and solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.

Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitors.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Basic knowledge of financial products like loans, investments, insurance, etc. is a plus.
