Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Identifying new sales leads, prepare tenders and quotations for new leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and getting incremental sales from the same
When it comes to generating leads and , day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media and impressions on company website) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing quotes and proposals on daily basis.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Maintaining and developing client database and ensuring day to day interaction with same
