Role & Responsibilities:-
Interact and meet with Developers/ clients on a regular basis. Maintain an exceptional and positive relationship with Developers/ Clients. Understand and get real estate inventory . Constantly update themselves with market knowledge .Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement .Undertake inspections with client and negotiate the commercial rates
Other Attributes: Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills. Natural ability to collaborate with teams across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
