Job Description
Basic Job Description:-
- Job is to increase revenue for the company by meeting with new customer addition, retention and servicing of existing customers.
- Meet customers, give presentation, understand need and provide courier/cargo/ logistics solutions.
- To take care of business development activities at Controlling.
- New business generation/ development from the Market.
- Customer prospecting, submitting quotation, finalization of rates, follow-up with customers.
- Regaining lost customer.
- Retaining existing customers.
- Capable/Strength to visit 4-5 clients per day.
- Generation of report as per defined timelines.
- Should be a MBA or equal with experience in same field of market competition.
- Should be ready to go to the field.
- Should have two wheeler with a valid license.
- Corporate and retail sales market knowledge
- Industry and supply chain management knowledge
- Analyze, plan implement & control business plans
- Should have excellent negotiation & persuasive skills.
- Should be team player with leadership skills.
- Should possess good analytical skills to understand business & market trends
- Knowledge of own SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat)
- Long time job interested - Should have sound verbal and written communication skills in English
- Sound have sound knowledge in MS Office
