Job Description
- We are looking for a business development partner, who is entrepreneurial in nature, who loves developing relationships with others & passionate about technology.
- Identifying prospects/leads and navigate through company structures to identify decision makers.
- Engaging with clients through calls/emails to turn them into business.
- Managing day to day outbound calling process efficiently.
- Evolving/improving the outbound sales process & success ratio by closely observing the metrics.
- Articulate our products & it’s advantages to clients.
- Use CRM/Sales Tools to efficiently manage leads.
- Possess a beginner’s mindset & open to learn/listen to new ideas.
- Previous corporate experience is not a necessity. If we can learn a thing or two from you about sales, we will count that as experience & that’s our yardstick.
- Great understanding of technology & how stuff works. Curious to know more.
- Not afraid of losing & trying new approaches in the sales process.
- Self-motivated, desire to do/be better every day to contribute at his/her highest potential.
- Lastly, show/have empathy for clients/customers to build long-term relationships.
