Eligibility : 
  • Any Graduate with 50% throughout academics
  • Candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience
Job Description :
  • Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads, in the allocated Sales area.
  • Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including pitching, negotiation & contracting.
  • Increase customer network and retain the existing clients.
  • Defend and build up beneficial relationships with clients through personal contact or meetings.
  • Visiting existing customers and getting the order on a daily basis.
  • Have to train and support clients in sales through Mobile App.
  • Key Performance metrics would be :
  • Customer Order Count
  • Customer Acquisition
  • Customer Retention
  • Order quantity per Customer
  • Customer outstanding
Note: Clients will be a Stand-alone Vegetable and fruit stores, Provisional Stores, Modern Retail Chains.

Requirements :
  • Willingness to do field job.
  • Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
  • Sales driven: New approach in terms of selling and create a brand for the company.
  • Mandatory: Should have own bike
