Job Description

Salary: 22000 PM
Eligibility :
- Any Graduate with 50% throughout academics
- Candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience
Job Description :
- Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads, in the allocated Sales area.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including pitching, negotiation & contracting.
- Increase customer network and retain the existing clients.
- Defend and build up beneficial relationships with clients through personal contact or meetings.
- Visiting existing customers and getting the order on a daily basis.
- Have to train and support clients in sales through Mobile App.
- Key Performance metrics would be :
- Customer Order Count
- Customer Acquisition
- Customer Retention
- Order quantity per Customer
- Customer outstanding
Note: Clients will be a Stand-alone Vegetable and fruit stores, Provisional Stores, Modern Retail Chains.
Requirements :
- Willingness to do field job.
- Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
- Sales driven: New approach in terms of selling and create a brand for the company.
- Mandatory: Should have own bike
