Job Description
Customer interaction:
- Understanding of sales and pricing strategies
- Superior customer diplomacy to build long term customer relationships
- Ability to identify and propose solutions to customer in a timely manner
- Coordinating with vendors and getting multiple quotations for each requirement & forwarding the same to the procurement team
- Follow up with the procurement team to get the final approved costing of the materials Preparing Proposals
- Follow up with customers based on the proposals sent & bringing it to closure
- Followup with internal teams for client updates & feedbacks
