Business Development Executive Job in Rapidoword Technologies at JP Nagar, Bangalore

Job Description:

• Develop marketing plan and update it on a monthly basis to remain relevant to changing market trends and requirements.
• Compile and organize company statistics and make monthly presentations to the board; manage the monthly marketing budget, making improvements and cuts where necessary to meet company goals.
• Design marketing campaigns and assign work to the rest of the team to ensure campaigns are as successful as possible; organize marketing team members and delegate work according to ability.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects/ Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
• Should able to execute marketing plan & campaigns (ex: promotional emails & SMS, social media posts)

• Build a rapport with clients on the very first interaction
• Excellent communication/ Resilient/ Interpersonal Skills/ Self-confidence
• 3-5 Years of Experience with IT Industry Experience
• 2 Wheeler Mandatory
