Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include execute customer engagement assignments including product demonstrations and other similar duties to assess suitability role for which customer orientation is critical requirement , We operate on a B2C model connecting the decision-makers of health care providers to Relex Medicine Therapy Management Programme. About the internship/job:

We are currently seeking junior sales and services intern who will be based out of Bangalore. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a background in the sciences, medical, or pharmaceutical field.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact leads, receive calls, and perform lead follow-up

2. Liaise with assigned  sales and service coordinator with leads and deals

3. Achieve key sales metrics as per the sales and business strategy

4. Assist sales and service coordinator with enrollment  finalization, setting up of the service and delivery of medicines and counselling sessions

 5. Work on maintaining strong customer satisfaction

6.  Involve in any BTL activities

Who can apply:

Students or freshers can apply who:

·         are available for full time (in-office) internship

·         have relevant skills and interests

·         can start the internship between 1st September 2021 to 15th September 2021

·         are available for duration of 6 months

·         have already completed their BBM/BBA/MBA or are currently in their final year of study

·         are from Bangalore and neighbouring cities

·         Lady candidates willing to go on the field on a two wheeler.

Other requirements:

·         Freshers or candidates with less than1 years of experience can apply

·         Fluency in English and Kannada will be an added benefit

·         Should have a two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book, Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance or willing to hire out a two wheeler on his/her own expense
