Job Description
Job designation: Business Development Executive
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Development: They need to enroll new members in our Chit groups, reach targets on monthly basis, follow up with members regularly, get contacts both new and through references from already enrolled members, see that members pay the monthly subscription regularly.
Recovery: Meet the subscribers who have not paid for more than a month, explain the consequences if they not pay, see that they pay the default subscriptions, reach targets on monthly basis, follow up with members regularly, and should be interested to do business in the future.
- Both the departments are interrelated and are fieldwork.
- For the first SIX MONTHS ON JOB TRAINING will be given by the company where the new joiners will be assisting the seniors. If they are smart enough they will be given the individual assignment in short time.
- Driving license is mandatory.
- Company vehicle will be given to the field staff after six months.
- Salary - Rs. 13,250/-pm + ESI & PF + Annual Bonus + Field Allowances.
- Documents required : Bring all Educational certificates, Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving license, Bank A/c pass book (Originals and one set Xerox) along with 3 photographs while attending interview.
