- Profile: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Job Responsibilities of BDR:
- Handle in-bound/Out-bound calls
- Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for our product.
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
- Inside Sales activities including cold calling, lead identification, lead generation and qualification of prospects.
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.
- Conducting cold calls to US/Canada Markets (During US Business Hours) as required.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, propose the right solution/services.
- Must be able to setup appointments with BDM to achieve desired sales numbers.
- Must be able do 80-100 connects over the call and need to provide at least 3-5 quality leads every day.
- As its B2C outbound Contact Center, Its a Voice process catering to service request related to Telephone & IPTV service.
- Around 0.5 to 2 years of relevant experience desired.
- Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.
- Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
