Job Description
Responsible for generating leads for the business
Counselling Candidates about Workshop and Courses - Overall Training Structure
Champion entire training cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Enrolling, Orientation, Support
Responsible to handle enrollment queries and provide relevant information to interested candidates
Align face to face meetings with L&D team as and when required
Responsible to conduct a weekly demo for interested candidates about the organization.
Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
Handling assigned administrative responsibilities

This is a performance-based position and remuneration will be given purely on a commission basis during the probation period.
The probation period will be for 3 months and may be extended depending on the individual's performance.
Fixed Salary Package would be offered upon successful completion of Probation.
Aariz solutions will issue Internship and experience letter upon completion of services

Must have a keen desire to learn and grow and take upon greater responsibilities.
Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done
Strong People Networking skills would be added advantage.
